Mediation

Mediation is a process in which two or more individuals who are part of the UC San Diego community voluntarily come together with a neutral third-party to resolve a conflict or dispute, or to reach an understanding or agreement. 

The Office of the Ombuds offers both two-party and multi-party mediation.  Our services are provided by trained, impartial mediators, and integrated with the suite of confidential Ombuds services offered through our office.
